Description of key information

Several acute studies are available for freshwater organisms. Invertebrates and fish were shown to be less sensitive. A fenuron concentration of 10 mg/L (highest tested concentration) did not reduce the growth of Colpidium campylum when compared to the control. Algae were most sensitive group with an EC50 of 0.53 mg/L.
