Any other information on results incl. tables

The vapour pressure was measured in the temperature range from 27 to 58°C. The measured vapour pressure values together with the measured temperatures are given in the table in the next section "overall remarks".

From the measured data points of the vapour pressure curve the constants A and B of the Antoine equation: log10(p) = A + B/T = A + B/(C+t) can be derived by regression of the data points to A = 11.0169; B = -3734.45; C = 273.15.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of the test item 1,4-Dithiothreitol (CAS no. 3483-12-3) was calculated for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50°C by interpolation and extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve, according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.4. Vapour Pressure and OECD Test Guideline 104 (2006).
The vapour pressure of the test item was 1.9 × 10-2 Pa at 20°C, 3.1 × 10-2 Pa at 25°C and 2.9 × 10-1 Pa at 50°C.
