Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
accepted calculation method
Justification for type of information:
Estimated data generated using the EPI Suite model developed by the USEPA
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
other: Modeling database
Principles of method if other than guideline:
Long term toxicity was measured by ECOSAR v1.1

no
Analytical monitoring:
no
Vehicle:
no
Test organisms (species):
other: Fish
Test type:
flow-through
Water media type:
freshwater
Total exposure duration:
28 d
Reference substance (positive control):
no
Key result
Duration:
28 d
Dose descriptor:
NOEC
Effect conc.:
3 mg/L
Nominal / measured:
estimated
Conc. based on:
not specified
Basis for effect:
mortality
Remarks on result:
other: Other details not known
Validity criteria fulfilled:
not specified
Conclusions:
Based on the prediction done using ECOSAR version 1.1, the long term toxicity on fish was predicted for test substance. On the basis of effects observed in a freshwater system, the NOEC value for the test substance is estimated to be 3 mg/l for fish for 28 days of exposure. Based on the NOEC value, it can be concluded that the test chemical was considered as non toxic to fish.
