Conclusions:
Due to low Kow (1.09), PMI is not supposed to be absorbed through the skin to the extent to manified over sign of toxicity except for irritation nature. As supportive information, no evidence that may suggest systemic effect was reported in the skin irritation study.

low predicted levels of dermal exposure to humana as shown in the chemical safety assessment, physicochemical properties indicating low potential for dermal penetration (low Pow, consider molecular dimension modelling for comment on steric hinderance) and absence of systemic toxicity in skin irritation, eye irritation and sensitisation studies.
