Description of key information

The boiling point of Alcohols, C7-9-linear and branched is expected to lie in the range ca. 150 - 220°C.

The constituents and short chain structural analogues of constituents of the substance have recent reliable measured boiling points in the range 155°C (hexan-1-ol) - 212°C (nonan-1-ol) and these values provide weight of evidence in the context of the chemical category.
