Description of key information

A data waiver has been submitted for this data requirement. Testing was considered unnecessary as the test substance is readily biodegradable and anticipated to mineralise quickly in the environment. Furthermore, the chemical safety assessment does not indicate the need to investigate further the degradation of the substance and its degradation products. The risk characterisation at the regional scale demonstrated safe use for the soil compartments and no further refinement of the estimated soil half-life is needed.
