Description of key information

The bioaccumulation test on fish does not need to be conducted as the substance has a low potential for bioaccumulation (log Kow < 3). Therefore, the BCF in aquatic organisms was estimated using the Veith relationship which is also incorporated in EUSES and is applicable for substances with a log Kow up to 6: log BCF = 0.85 log Kow - 0.70. This results in an estimated BCF of 12.2 L/kg w.w. (log Kow = 2.1).
