Additional information

The Woolley & O'Connor, 2010 study was considered the key study as it was conducted to the EU Method A9 and GLP.

A reliability rating of 1 was assigned to this study, according to the criteria of Klimisch, 1997.

In a supporting in house study (Oronite Additives, 2003), a flash point of 150°C was measured for tetrapropenyl phenol by an HERTG member company using ASTM D 93 (PMCC) with a commercial (>99% purity) sample (Chevron Oronite Company, LLC 1993). A reliability rating of 2 was assigned to this study, according to the criteria of Klimisch, 1997.
