- Preparation of test media: The test medium of the highest test concentration, 500 mg/l (nominal) was prepared together with 100 mg Cremophor RH 4 solubilizer. Following this, serial dilutions of this test medium were prepared in order to obtain the desired test concentrations. Additionally, a culture medium control and a solubilizer control was tested in parallel.
