A test was conducted on the substance in itself in order to evaluate the water solubility of AP1300S. The study was conducted according to the OECD Guideline 105. Based on the observations reported above the solubility in water was stated as < 20 µg/L (mean +standard deviation).
Moreover the solubility of the AP 1300 S has been estimated by two different tools which predicted very similar values:

In both cases, the substance is estimated to be insoluble in water. The water solubility value reported for the Similar Substance 01 (CAS 21850-44-2) in the ECHA website is lower than 0.1 mg/l, confirming the behaviour in water expected for AP 1300 S.
Considering the whole data set available for AP1300S, the substance is considered as insoluble in water.
