No biodegradation was observed in the inherent biodegradation and ready biodegradation test of m-(2,3 -epoxypropoxy)-N,N-bis(2,3 -epoxypropyl) aniline. m-(2,3 -epoxypropoxy)-N,N-bis(2,3 -epoxypropyl) aniline is not biodgeradable in water.

The simulation test for the biodegradation in water and sediment was not performed in accordance with column 2 of REACh (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex IX, the simulation testing on ultimate degradation in surface water, and sediment simulation testing (required in section 9.2.1.2, and 9.2.1.4) do not need to be conducted based on the findings of the Chemical Safety Assessment; the substance does not fulfil classification criteria according to the applicable regulations and does not fulfil the criteria for vPvB or PBT.

The biodegradation in soil was waived in accordance with column 2 of REACh (Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006) Annex IX, the soil simulation testing (required in section 9.2.1.3) do not need to be conducted based on the findings of the Chemical Safety Assessment; the substance does not fulfil classification criteria according to the applicable regulations and does not fulfil the criteria for vPvB or PBT.
