One reliable study is available in which the biodegradation of the test substance is assessed according to OECD 301B. The test substance was examined for its ready biodegradability in the modified Sturm test at nominal concentrations of 10 and 20 mg/l. During the total test period of 28 days no significant degradation of the test substance was observed at either concentrations (<10%).

Hence the test substance was not readily biodegradable under the conditions of the test presently performed.

No data are availble that assess the biodegradation of the test substance in sediment or soil.
