FAT 40032/G is a black powder, solid at 20 °C. FAT 40032/G when tested according to OECD test guideline 102 for melting point and OECD test guideline 103 for boiling point determination did not melt or boil until 350 °C. Average relative density of FAT 40032/G at 20 °C was found to be 1.2818 g/cm³. The median particle size data of FAT 40032/G was found to be 60.140 µm. The partition co-efficient n-octanol/water of FAT 40032/G at 20 °C was determined to: Pow = 0.0000027, Log Pow = -5.57. The water solubility of FAT 40032/G at 20 °C was determined to (without correction for the purity): 522.5 g/l The surface tension of FAT 40032/G was determined to be 71.331 mN/m at 20 °C. No auto-ignition was detected when tested up to 550 °C. No ignition was observed throughout the course of FAT 40032/G, hence it is considered as not highly flammable. The substance is considered to be non-explosive according to Directive 67/548/EEC and Regulation (EC) 1272/2008.
