Executive summary:

In the current study the particle size distribution of the test item was determined according to OECD Guideline 110. The study was not GLP.

The particle size distribution was determined using the laser diffraction method with as measuring device a Malvern Mastersizer 2000. In this test a diffraction pattern is elecited by the test item in the laser light beam. From the diffraction pattern the particle size distribution is calculated.

The test item had a median particle size D50 of 107 μm.
