Description of key information

In accordance with REACH Annex VIII column 2, the study for the whole test item does not need to be conducted if the substance is readily biodegradable.
Hydrolysis rate constants cannot be estimated for 1,2,3-Propanetriol and 2-ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3-diol.
The Kb Half-Life at pH 8 of the main consituents Fatty acids, coco, esters with trimethylolpropane, Fatty acids, coco, ethoxylated and Glycerides, C12-18 mono-, di- and tri- were between 129.295 days and 2.331 years.
The Kb Half-Life at pH 7 of the main consituents Fatty acids, coco, esters with trimethylolpropane, Fatty acids, coco, ethoxylated and Glycerides, C12-18 mono-, di- and tri- were between 3.54 and 23.313 years.
