Description of key information

In a study assessing the toxicity of the test substance to freshwater invertebrates (Daphnia magna), no significant effects were reported at the water solubility limit.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In studies assessing the toxicity to freshwater invertebrate (Daphnia magna), no significant effects were reported at the water solubility limit for the test substance. An EC50 of 161 mg/L for the analogue was obtained after 48h of exposure. These results supported the use of 2-Propylheptyl acrylate's data to fill by read across the other ecotox endpoints of the test substance registration dossier.
