The effect concentration values based on the growth rate inhibition after 72h of exposure to the analogue were EC50 = 84.9 mg/L and EC10 = 21.8 mg/L.

The study assessing the toxicity of 2-Propylheptyl acrylate (CAS N. 149021 -58 -9) to freshwater algae (Desmodesmus subspicatus) according to OECD 201 guideline was used to fill by read-across the endpoint "Toxicity to aquatic algae and cyanobacteria" of Isodecyl acrylate. The effect concentration values based on growth rate inhibition after 72h of exposure were EC50 = 84.9 mg/L and EC10 = 21.8 mg/L .
