Executive summary:

Summarized result for the toxicity of test chemical were studied and mention as below:

Based on the EPI Suite ECOSAR version 1.11 predicted model, In 28 days long term fish toxicity i.e NOEC value was estimated to be 13671.586 mg/l on fish for on the basis of mortality effects.

Above study was supported by the second study. The long term effect of the test chemical was studied on guppy fish. the study was conducted was for the period of seven days in a semi static conditions. The median lethal concentration of the test chemical was determined as 1150 mg/L. Based on the CLP classification the test chemical cannot be classified.

Thus based on the above results, chemical consider to be nontoxic and not classified as per the CLP classification criteria.

Description of key information

Long term toxicity to fish:

Based on the EPI Suite ECOSAR version 1.11 predicted model, In 28 days long term fish toxicity i.e NOEC value was estimated to be 13671.586 mg/l on fish for on the basis of mortality effects.

Based on the NOEC value it can be concluded that the test chemical is toxic to fish at environmentally relevant concentrations and can be considered for classification criteria.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
