Administrative data
First-aid measures
After inhalation: Remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Call a physician.
After skin contact: Immediately wash with water and soap and rinse thoroughly.
After eye contact: Flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Get medical aid.
After swallowing: Rinse mouth with water.
Information for doctor: Treat symptomatically and supportively.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing agents:
CO2, powder or water spray. Fight larger fires with water spray or alcohol resistant foam.
Special hazards caused by the substance, its products of combustion or resulting gases:
During a fire, irritating and highly toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion.
Protective equipment:
Firefighters should be equipped with self-contained breathing apparatus and turn-out gear.
Accidental release measures
Person-related safety precautions: Isolate hazard area and deny entry to unnecessary or uprotected personnel.
Measures for environmental protection: Do not allow product to reach sewage system or any water course.
Measures for cleaning/collecting: Contain spill, sweep up, collect and place in a disposal container.
Handling and storage
Handling:
Information for safe handling: Avoid contact with skin, eyes and clothing. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing dust.
Information about fire - and explosion protection: Keep ignition sources away - Do not smoke.
Storage:
Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles: Store in tightly closed containers.
Information about storage in one common storage facility: Store away from incompatible materials.
Further information about storage conditions: Store in cool and dry area. Protect from light.
Specific applications Therapeutic Agent, anthelmintic agent

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protective equipment:
General protective and hygienic measures: The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemicals.
Respiratory protection: Use NIOSH/MSHA approved respirators.
Protection of hands:
The glove material has to be impermeable and resistant to the product/ the substance/ the preparation.
Due to missing tests no recommendation to the glove material can be given for the product/ the preparation/ the chemical mixture.
Selection of the glove material on consideration of the penetration times, rates of diffusion and the degradation
Material of gloves Use rubber or neoprene gloves.
Penetration time of glove material
The exact break through time has to be found out by the manufacturer of the protective gloves and has to be observed.
Eye protection: Chemical goggles.
Body protection: Protective work clothing
Stability and reactivity
Thermal decomposition / conditions to be avoided: No decomposition if used according to specifications. Avoid exposure to light.
Materials to be avoided: Oxidizing agents
Dangerous decomposition products: Carbon oxides
Disposal considerations
Product:
Recommendation Smaller quantities can be disposed of with household waste.
European waste catalogue: 07 05: Wastes from the manufacture, Supply, Formulation and Use (MFSU) of pharmaceuticals.
Uncleaned packaging:
Recommendation: Disposal must be made according to official regulations.
