Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

No experimental data from a study on the dissociation constant are available. Testing has been waived in accordance with column 2 restrictions. The analytical method is not sensitive enough for the water insoluble (Fox & White 2012, Harlan Report no. 41103263) submission item. Due to the UVCB nature of the submission item analytical differentiation between dissociated and undissociated forms seems not feasible. This justifies omitting a test in accordance with Annex XI, 2. as testing is technically not feasible. Additionally a study can be waived on the basis of Annex XI, 1.2 as the assessment can be based on the clear absence of dissociable groups, which is supported by QSPR estimation. In conclusion no dissociation of the submission item seems possible and dissociation is deemed an irrelevant property.
