First-aid measures
Health effects:
Eye contact:
- Immediately flush eyes with running water for at least 15 minutes, keeping eyelids open. Cold water may be used. Seek medical attention.
Skin contact:
- After contact with skin, wash immediately with plenty of water. Gently and thoroughly wash the contaminated skin with running water and non-abrasive soap.
Ingestion:
- Avoid ingestion. In case of ingestion, drink few glasses of water, induce vomiting and seek medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing medium:
- According to materials stored. Do not use water jet.
Others:
- Non- flammable material.
Accidental release measures
Person-related precautionary measures:
- Do not inhale dusts.
Procedures for clearing/ absorption:
- Take up. Forward for disposal. Clean up affected area.
Handling and storage
Handling:
- Keep away from heat, sources of ignition, and combustible materials.
Storage:
- Tightly closed. Storage temperature: from -10 °C to +30 °C.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Personal protective equipment:
- Protective clothing should be selected specifically for the working place, depending on concentration and quantity of the hazardous substances handled. The resistance of the protective clothing to chemicals should be ascertained with the respective supplier.
Respiratory protection:
- Required when aerosol are generated.
Eye protection:
- Required
Hand protection:
- Gloves
- The protective gloves to be used must comply with the specifications of EC directive 89/686/EEC.
Industrial hygiene:
- Change contaminated clothing. Application of skin-protective barrier cream recommended. Wash hands after working with substance.
Stability and reactivity
Stability:
- Stable product.
Hazardous decomposition products:
- In the event of fire, nitrogen oxides and carbon oxides may occur.
Disposal considerations
Packaging:
- Packaging must be disposed of in compliance with the country-specific regulations or mast be passed to a packaging return system. Under www.retrologistik.de you will find special information on the respective national conditions as well as contact partners.
