The substance in its commercial form was made into a pile of 250 mm length. An attempt was then made to ignite the sample and the burning time was measured (if applicable). The substance could not be ignited with a flame.

Based on the CLP Regulation (EC 1272/2008), the substance needs not to be classified as flammable solid and can be considered "non-flammable".
