Administrative data
First-aid measures
After contact with eye:
Rinse immediately with plenty of water, also under the eyelids, for at least 15 minutes.
Get medical attention immediately if irritation develops and persists.
After contact with skin:
In case of contact, immediately flush skin with plenty of water.
After inhalation:
If inhaled, remove to fresh air
After ingestion:
If swallowed, call a poison control centre or doctor immediately. Treat symptomatically
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water, carbon dioxide, foam or dry powder may be used.
Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon and nitrogen together with hydrogen chloride gas and soot.
Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:
Carbon oxides, Nitrogen oxides (NOx)
Advice for firefighters:
Special protective equipment for firefighting: self-contained breathing apparatus
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions, protective equipment and emergency procedures:
Wear suitable protective equipment.
Environmental precautions:
The product should not be allowed to enter drains, water courses or the soil.
Methods and material for containment and cleaning up:
For solids, take up mechanically. For solutions, absorb using suitable material, collect and dispose of by incineration or at a landfill site in accordance with local regulations
Handling and storage
Handling:
Observe the usual precautions for handling chemicals. Avoid contact with skin. If the substance is handled as a powder, use a chemical cartridge respirator with dust filter.
Storage:
No special precautions. Store in closed containers in adequate rooms.

Exposure controls / personal protection
General protective measures:
Do not breathe vapour/spray. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Take off immediately all contaminated clothing.
Hygiene measures:
Do not eat, drink or smoke at work.
Wash hands before breaks and at end of work and use skin-protecting ointment.
Keep away from food and drink stuffs.
Respiratory protection:
Respiratory protection in case of vapour/aerosol release.
Hand protection:
Wear suitable gloves e.g. of PVC or nitrile rubber. In the event of contamination, change protective gloves immediately. Avoid skin contact with the wetted surfaces of the protective gloves.
Eye protection:
Safety glasses with side protection shield
Body protection:
Wear protective clothing.
Stability and reactivity
Conditions to avoid: no conditions known that should be avoided
Materials to avoid: no substances known that should be avoided.
Hazardous decomposition products: none under normal storage conditions.
Disposal considerations
Product:
Product should be be taken to a suitable and authorized waste disposal site in accordance with relevant regulations and if necessary after consultation with the waste disposal operator and/or the competent Authorities
Uncleaned packaging:
Packaging that cannot be cleaned should be disposed of as product waste
