- PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION
- Method: The stock solution was prepared by mixing 99.8 mg test substance with 400 mL water by polytron for 5 minutes and made up to 1000 mL with water. Calculated mounts of the stock solution to produce the desired test concentrations were given into the water and were homogeneously distributed. The daphnia were then transferred into the beakers. The test substance was homogeneously distributed in the test vessels at all test times and test concentrations. - Test organisms (species):

Description of key information
