The present study was conducted to determine the freezing temperature of the test item ESTERI METILICI ACIDI GRASSI DA OLIO ESSEBIOCHLOR45.
The freezing temperature of ESTERI METILICI ACIDI GRASSI DA OLIO ESSEBIOCHLOR45 was determined in duplicate. The observed freezing point values are -8.2ºC and -8.5ºC for R1 and R2 respectively and the mean calculated freezing [point was found to be -8.4 ºC.
