Additional information

Acute oral and dermal toxicity studies were performed in male and female rats with FR-245. No mortalities were observed in either sex at 2000 mg/kg following oral administration. No mortalities were observed in either sexes following dermal application of 2000 mg/kg. No signs of systemic toxicity were noted during clinical observations in both studies. No abnormalities were noted during necropsy in both studies. FR-245 is not classified for acute oral or dermal toxicity.

Justification for classification or non-classification

Based on the experimental results of the Acute Oral and Dermal toxicity studies (LD<2000),

FR-245 is not classified for acute toxicity.
