Temp.:
22 °C

The density is determined using the pycnometer method according to regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, A.3.

The density of Fatty acids, C8-10, zinc salts is 1.16. The relative density D420 is calculated by dividing the density of the test item by the density of water at 4 °C (0.9999750 g/cm³).

The relative density is          D420= 1.16.

Conclusions:
The density of fatty acid, C8-10, zinc salts is 1.16 g/cm³ at 22 °C.

Description of key information

The relative density of Fatty acids, C8-10, zinc salts is 1.16.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
