male
Dose descriptor:
LC50
Effect level:
28 000 ppm
Exp. duration:
4 h

Any other information on results incl. tables

All animals died at 310000 ppm (194000 mg/m3) and no mortality was observed at 26000 ppm (162500 mg/m3), indicating a steep dose-reponse curve. Signs of anaesthesia were observed in surviving animals, with full recovery upon cessation of exposure.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
An LC50 of 28000 ppm in the Chinese hamsters following a 4 hour exposure.
