Description of key information

The vapour pressure range for the tested samples is: 0.0054-2.66 hPa (25 °C)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.54 Pa
at the temperature of:
25 °C

Additional information

The vapour pressure of two test samples with somewhat differing compositions was determined according to OECD TG 104 / EU A.4 by the effusion method (vapour pressure balance) and by the dynamic method, respectively. The vapour pressure of one test sample is 0.0054 hPa at 25 °C. The vapour pressure of the other test sample (containing 9.1% water) is 2.66 hPa at 25 °C.

A vapour pressure of 0.54 Pa (25 °C) will be used for risk assessment, as it reflects the properties of the submission substance itself (without water).
