Description of key information

The distribution of particles <100um varies between 3 to 67%,, according to the type of potassic extracts.

Additional information

An experimental study on 4 samples of potassic extract , compliant with the national standard method NF ISO 13320-1 and selected as the Key Study, showed that the distribution of particles inferior to 100um varies between 3 to 67%. The particle size (percentile 90%) is between 378 and 562 um. Then, a fraction of potassic extract can be considered to be inhalable.

However, It should be noted that the sample for wich there are 67% of inhalable particle is the sample which has been dried and that does not correpond to the substance put in the market.
