Solubility in water cannot be determined for a mixture.

However, based on the data on the 3 main constituents, it can be conclude that the reaction mass is soluble in water.

According to the OECD SIDS dossier on each main constituents (see table below) they all have a water solubility >1g/L. Then, all the main constituents are soluble in water.
