Description of key information

A study to measure the dissociation constant (required in REACH Regulation 1907/2006/EC Annex IX section 7.16), is scientifically unjustified as there are no atoms or chemical groups wich can be ionized. For this reason a calculation of a pKa value with the SPARC online calculator (September 2009, release w4.5.122-s4.5.1522) is technically not feasible.
