Reference
Endpoint:
long-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates
Type of information:
experimental study planned
Justification for type of information:
Indirect exposure of the aquatic compartment is likely. The CSR indicate the need to further assess the water compartment to refine the assessment with long term aquatic toxicity study. For the purpose of reducing animal testing, a long term toxicity study in invertebrate (OECD 211) is proposed. A previous OECD 202 study which showed a 48hr EC50 > 69.99 mg/L will be taken into account during study planning.
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
OECD Guideline 211 (Daphnia magna Reproduction Test)
GLP compliance:
yes (incl. QA statement)
