Decomposition:
yes
Decomp. temp.:
>= 150
Remarks on result:
not determinable

differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was also used to confirm the process of decomposition.

Conclusions:
The substance's boiling point was evaluated in accordance with OECD Guideline 103 and EU Method A.2 via GLP certfiied laboratory. The boiling point was not determinable as the substance decomposed at temperatures above 150 °C without boiling.
Executive summary:

The substance's boiling point was evaluated in accordance with OECD Guideline 103 and EU Method A.2 via GLP certfiied laboratory via the Siwoloboff method. The capillary tube was heated at 10°C/minute, the sample was observed to partially melt and begin to turn yellow after melting, before slowly bubbling at approximately 300°C and then darkening at a temperature of approximately 360°C, indicating decomposition. The DSC trace showed a sharp endotherm at approximately 34°C consistent with the melting range observed in the melting point test. A broad shallow exotherm was observed

between approximately 150°C and 210°C, followed by a series of significant exotherms which were consistent with decomposition.

The boiling point was not determinable as the substance decomposed at temperatures above 150 °C without boiling.
