Description of key information

The auto-ignition temperature was determined to be 460 °C at 1008.3 to 1010.9 hPa.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Autoflammability / Self-ignition temperature at 101 325 Pa:
460 °C

Additional information

A study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 Part A.15 to determine the auto-ignition temperature of the test substance. In three test series the lowest ignition temperature determined. The auto-ignition temperature was determined to be 460 °C at 100834 to 1010.9 hPa (lowest value out of three experiments rounded down to a whole multiple of 5). All three values lay within a range of 20 K and the validation criteria were fulfilled.
