Description of key information

The vapour pressure of the test item was determined to be 0.75 hPa at 20 °C, 1.00 hPa at 25 °C and 3.62 hPa at 50 °C respectively.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
0.75 hPa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

A study was conducted according to OECD TG 104 determine the vapour pressure of the test item using the dynamic method (VLE). A vapour pressure curve with 9 data points was measured over a pressure range between 12 to 85 hPa. The vapour pressure of the test item was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C. The vapour pressure was determined to be 0.75 hPa at 20 °C, 1.00 hPa at 25 °C and 3.62 hPa at 50 respectively.
