Description of key information

The acute toxicity of the test item to Zebrafish (Danio rerio) was determined according to OECD Guideline 203. The LC50 was determined to be 16.1 mg/L (nominal) after 96h.

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test item to Zebrafish (Danio rerio) was determined according to OECD Guideline 203 and GLP. The study was conducted under semi-static conditions over a duration of 96 hours. 7 test organisms were exposed to each test concentration and control. The nominal test item concentrations were: 5.00 - 8.89 - 15.8 - 28.1 - 50 mg/L. The validity criteria of the test guideline were fulfilled. The LC50 value was determined to be 16.1 mg/L (nominal) after 96 h and the LC100 value was determined to be 28.1 mg/L (nominal) after 96 h.
