Study period:
2 June to 17 July 2017
Reliability:
1 (reliable without restriction)
Rationale for reliability incl. deficiencies:
guideline study
Qualifier:
according to guideline
Guideline:
OECD Guideline 102 (Melting point / Melting Range)
GLP compliance:
no
Type of method:
differential scanning calorimetry
Key result
Melting / freezing pt.:
>= -59 - <= -21 °C
Remarks on result:
other: Pressure not reported

The results of the three measurements were as follow:

-60 °C to 22 °C (from first measurement)

-58 °C to 21 °C (from second measurement)

-58 °C to 20 °C (from third measurement)

The cooling run shows a crystallization.

Conclusion

The test item shows a melting area of crystalline subcomponents between -59 °C and -21 °C according to the definition in the OECD Guideline 102 (mean value from repeat determination).

Description of key information

Melting range of -59 °C to -21 °C (OECD Guideline 102, Differential scanning calorimetry)
