Additional information
One study investigating the acute toxicity of Fatty acids, C8-10, oxybis(2-hydroxy-3,1-propanediyl) esters (CAS 92044-91-2) to freshwater fish according to OECD guideline 203 is available (GLP). The study was set up in a semi-static test system with Zebra fish (Danio rerio) as test organisms. The fish were exposed to the water accommodated fractions (WAF) with nominal loading rates of 1, 100, 200, 400 and 800 mg/L. The test substance concentrations were analytically verified by GC analysis. The recovery was 64.5% for the nominal concentration of 100 mg/L. For the nominal concentrations of 200/400 mg/L a recovery rate of and 101.9% was determined. At test termination after 96 hours a LC50 of 260 mg/L (LC0: 65.0 mg/L) based on the nominal loading rate (WAF) was determined.
