Reaction mass of aluminium and magnesium oxide and spinel (Mg(AlO2)2) are not irritating to skin or eyes as judged by the results from suitable in-vitro models.

Additional information

Aluminium skimmings were tested for skin corrosion and irritation using reconstructed human skin models. Both tests were negative.

The eye irritation potential was assessed in a HETCAM assay, which was also clearly negative.
