Additional information

In the key study, the test material adsorption coefficient (Koc) for soil was estimated in accordance with the OECD Guideline 106 under GLP conditions using batch equilibrium analysis.

Koc was estimated to be 16 ± 1 at 23 °C, equivalent to log Koc = 1.20 ± 0.03 at 23 °C. The calculated adsorption coefficients (Koc; mL/g) of test material were 16 ± 1, 6.1 ± 0.4, and 1.5 ± 0.1 for Soil-1 (very strongly to strongly acidic sandy soil), Soil-2 (moderately to slightly acidic loamy soil), and Soil-3 (slightly alkaline loamy soil), respectively.

For the chemical safety assessment, the highest Koc value is taken as the (worst-case) value to indicate the lowest potential for mobility.
