Toxicity to soil macroorganisms except arthropods

3a,4,5,6,7,7a-hexahydro-4,7-methanoinden-6-yl acetate examined for toxicity to earthworm (LC50) (14-d) at dose concentration 1336.645 mg/L (ppm) by ECOSAR model.Since the substance is not persistent in soil medium there is no possibity to exhibit toxicity to soil macroorganisms.

Toxicity to terrestrial arthropods

In accordance with column 2 of Annex IX, toxicity on terrestrial arthropods need not be conducted if direct or indirect exposure of the soil compartment is unlikely. None of the uses of the substance is involved to the application to soil and hence this testing was considered waived.
