The flash point of the substance was determined by the closed cup method and was found to be 65°C.

The flash point of the test substance was determined in accordance with a method equivalent to ISO 2719:2002 using a Seta Pensky-Martens Closed Cup and was found to be 65°C. In accordance with the provisions of the EU CLP Regulation gas oil, diesel and light heating oils having a flash point between ≥ 55°C and ≤ 75°C may be regarded as Category 3 Flammable liquids.
