Additional information

All calculations are based on the methods recommended in “Guidance on Information requirements and chemical safety assessment. Chapter 10: Charaterisation of dose [concentration]-response for environment”. The recommended approach for calculation of PNECs is to apply assessment factors to the lowest value for toxicity for organisms found in that environmental compartment. The correction factors are applied to account for the variety of organisms in the aquatic environment.
