Description of key information

A Koc value of 1,354 L/kg indicates that the substance has a sorption potential to organic matter in sediment. However, considering its ready biodegradability, low BCF value, moderate water solubility and sediment half-life of 135 days (as per fugacity model of EPIWEB v.4.1), amides, C16-18 (even-numbered) and C18-unsatd., N,N-bis(hydroxyethyl) is not expected to partition to and persist significantly in sediment.
