Executive summary:

The substance is unstable in the atmosphere and testing would record the results of the key degradation products. These are titanium oxide with polyethylene glycol and 2-propanol with lactic acid and triisoproanolamine. The organic products will not spontaneously combust at normal use and storage temperatures. Thermogravimetric analysis showed rapid loss at approximately 360 C, with slower loss of weight from about 200 C showing probable degradation. DSC analysis did not show any major event up to 220 C

None of the degradation products are considered to be explosive.
