Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Degrades rapidly, with the visible formation of titanium oxide as a precipitate within minutes of adding to water.
The recorded degradation products are titanium dioxide, propan-2-ol, triisopropanolamine, diethyleneglycol and propylene glycol. The organic products are known to biodegrade readily.
These organic products are known to biodegrade readily with very high BOD and no indication of toxicity to microbial systems
Executive summary:

No observed adverse effect
