Details on study design:
The skin irritation method employed in this study is non-standard. The irritation is based on the severest reaction which occurs on the shorn ventral skin of 5 albino rabbits 24 hours after the uncovered application of 0.01 ml of undiluted test material (grades 1-6) or solutions in water, propylene glycol or acetone (grades 7-10).
