Physical-chemical data as required by REACH Annexes VII - VIII for 2,3 -Epoxypropyl neodecanoate are presented or waived as per Column 2 of REACH Annexes VII -VII. Stability in organic solvents (REACH Annex IX, Section 7.15) is waived because stability of the substance is not considered to be critical. The vapor pressure of 2,3 -epoxypropyl neodecanoate was determined to be approximately 1.5 Pa at 25 °C with an O.E.C.D. 104 test guideline method. When evaluated by EU method A9 (closed cup) the Flash Point of 2,3 -epoxypropyl neodecanoate was reported to be greater than 94 degrees C. The

test substance was determined to have an auto-ignition temperature of 276 ± 5 °C by E.U. method A15. The Boiling Point of 269 +/- 0.5 degrees C was determined by an O.E.C.D. test guideline 103 study. The Surface Tension as determined by an O.E.C.D. test guideline 115 study was 45.3 - 48.9 at 21 -22 degrees C suggesting that the test substance is surface active. The Water Solubility was determined to be 70 mg/L at 20 degrees C in an O.E.C.D. test guideline 105 Flask method study with GC analysis. The Viscosity of the test substance was measured in an O.E.C.D. test guideline 114 study by the Capillary method and determined to be 8.3 mm2/s at 20 degrees C and 4.42 mm2/s at 40 degrees C. The Log Pow Partition Coefficient of the test substance was determined experimentally to be 4.4 in an O.E.C.D. test guideline 107 Shake Flask method study with HPLC detection.

The relative density of 2,3-epoxypropyl neodecanoate was determined to be approximately 0.96 gm/mL at 20 °C.
