Description of key information

In accordance with point 7.13 of Column 2 (Specific rules for adaptation from Column 1), Annex VII of the Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) and in line with the criteria described in EU Method A.21 of Council Regulation (EC) No 440/2008; the study does need not be conducted if the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials, for example on the basis of the chemical structure (e.g. organic substances not containing oxygen or halogen atoms and these elements are not chemically bonded to nitrogen or oxygen, or inorganic substances not containing oxygen or halogen atoms). Based on the structural formula, the substance does not have functional groups associated with oxidising properties. Testing for this endpoint is therefore omitted on the basis of these criteria.
